The Connemara Pony is a breed native to the West of Ireland. The region is harsh and windswept with gales from the Atlantic Ocean. Hence they are a very athletic, strong and resilient breed. Legend has it that the breed lines were strengthened with horses brought over by the vikings 1,000 years ago and also perhaps by Andalusian horses shipwrecked off the Irish Coast from the Spanish Armada in 1588. These are truly formidable yet beautiful animals.

It is scented with Thieves Essential Oil.
