All around us, nature gives us its cues and gentle guidance. None more so than in the example of the butterfly - seen in may cultures as a symbol of the soul - whose life cycle shows that change, though sometimes challenging, can bring about remarkable transformation and renewal.
 
May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun and find your shoulder to light on.
