Meet the Maker of Wild Beach Apiary, Kassie Beach

Wild Beach Apiary was founded by Kassie Beach, an award-winning chef and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute graduate.

She gathers 100% pure honey from bees that have foraged apple, goldenrod, Juneberry, maple and clover to name a few to bring you this light, floral honey from the Great Lakes.

She is also proud of her Irish heritage and within her business hand makes Irish-themed scouring pads with more products in the works.

Kassie graciously met us via Zoom this last Saturday morning with her house all a-buzz!

Stephen and I made sure to ask as many questions as possible about her bees and honey so you know exactly how quality her honey is.

She tells us everything, from the types of bees to the process of gathering the honey and then preparing it before sending it off to The amEIREcan- Irish Gift Shop.

Wild Beach Apiary does more than honey! Kassie hand-crochets Irish-themed scouring pads and from what she tells us in the video, they are worth every penny.
